General Information
Dentistry Forward is an educational platform focused on advancing dental practice through emerging technologies, research-driven education, and authentic peer collaboration. We help dental professionals confidently navigate new technologies through practical insights and real-world implementation strategies.
Dentistry Forward was founded by Dr. Sanjeev Raj Bhatia (DDS, FDS.RCS (Eng) | Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon) and G. Bradley Scheller (Wharton BS Econ, Harvard MBA). Dr. Bhatia brings 30+ years of surgical expertise and digital technology innovation, while Brad contributes over 40 years of strategic management consulting and technology implementation experience.
We focus on peer-to-peer learning from practitioners who have actually implemented technologies in their practices. Instead of vendor-driven presentations, we provide evidence-based discussions centered on practical implementation and real practice outcomes.
We are completely independent. We don't sell technology products - we facilitate learning and provide unbiased insights. Our content comes from real implementations and practitioner experiences, not vendor marketing messages.

Technology & Tools
Yes, Brad Scheller has extensive experience with designing and building applications for large organizations such as Lever Brothers, The World Bank, KPMG, and many others. He has a tried-and-true detailed methodology for creating applications and AI tools based on real organization or community needs. We monitor dental professional discussions, validate problems through research, and develop practical solutions. Active members receive free access to these tools as they become available.
We cover over 50 topics across four main learning pathways:
AI Beginner Track: Fundamentals, ethics, basic implementation
Digital Dentistry Mastery: 3D printing, CAD/CAM, digital workflows
Practice Optimization: Management systems, marketing, patient communication
We use custom AI systems to monitor dental professional discussions across multiple platforms, identifying recurring pain points that could be solved through technology applications. We then validate these problems through research before committing development resources.
Yes, we actively seek beta testers from practicing dental professionals who understand real-world constraints. Beta testing opportunities are available to active members and provide valuable input that drives tool refinement.
Getting Started
The best way to get started is to attend our September 19th symposium in Leesburg, VA or via YouTube Live Event. If you find it valuable, then complete our interest survey and sign up for our newsletter. This gives you access to early information about events, resources, and tool releases as they become available. Once we launch our Skool community, you may wish to sign up for the base plan for a month to see what is available at the higher plan. Early subscribers will be able to lock in their monthly subscription rate even as our subscription price increases over time as we build the valuable contents and applications available to active members.
Our newsletter and basic resources are free. Our symposiums are also free. We believe that the costs to cover venue, speakers, and materials will be covered by building a community of value that professionals will seek out to join. This will allow us to independently sponsor the symposiums. Our Skool community will have subscription-based pricing to fund our symposiums, operations, and application development efforts. Details on the subscription pricing can be found on the Topics link above.
Perfect! Our AI Beginner Track is specifically designed for practitioners new to emerging technologies. We cover fundamentals, ethical considerations, and basic implementation strategies without assuming prior technical knowledge.
