Attendance and Completion Requirements
Full Credit Requirements
- Attendance: Minimum 90% attendance for full credit

- Sign-in/Sign-out: Mandatory check-in and check-out procedures
Partial Credit Policy
- 75-89% Attendance: Proportional credit based on time present
- 50-74% Attendance: Half credit with completion of supplemental materials
- Below 50% Attendance: No credit awarded
Late Arrival/Early Departure
- Late Arrival: Up to 15 minutes late for full credit
- Extended Lateness: 15+ minutes late results in partial credit
- Early Departure: Must complete 90% of session for full credit

Step 1: Event Completion
Complete required attendance and evaluation form. Our system automatically tracks your participation and completion status.
Step 2: Verification Process
Within 48 hours, we verify attendance records and evaluate completion requirements. Any discrepancies are resolved during this phase.
Step 3: Certificate Generation
Digital certificates are generated with unique verification codes and professional-grade security features. All certificates include QR codes for instant verification.
Step 4: Distribution
Certificates are distributed via secure email within 5 business days. Hard copies are available upon request for an additional processing fee.

All Dentistry Forward CE certificates include tamper-proof security features: unique verification codes, professional watermarking, QR code verification, and digital signatures. Certificates are stored in our secure database for 10+ years for verification purposes.
