Dr. Steven Glassman, a globally recognized innovator in cosmetic and implant dentistry. Known as "the dentist's dentist," Dr. Glassman travels worldwide educating professionals on cutting-edge technologies.
Dr. Glassman practices alongside his wife, Dr. Debra Glassman, in their thriving New York City cosmetic dental practice. A graduate of Brandeis University and Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
A pioneer in digital scanning, Dr. Glassman has been published in multiple peer reviewed journals as a leading thinker in digital dentistry.

Dr. Garima Talwar is a highly regarded prosthodontist specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. She received her Doctor of Dental Science from Loma Linda University and completed her MS in Prosthodontics from the University of Maryland. Dr. Talwar is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and has been recognized as one of the top dentists in this field by the Consumers Research Council of America since 2013 and the Washingtonian Magazine in 2021.
With nearly two decades of experience, she is known for her expertise in full mouth reconstruction, implant dentistry, and All-on-4 dental implants. Dr. Talwar is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland and actively participates in community service, providing free dental services to those in need.

Renae Williams is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at M&T Bank, known for her belief that strong relationships drive both personal and professional success. With over 12 years of experience, she supports business clients across the DMV region, including medical and dental practices, guiding them through start-ups, acquisitions, expansions, real estate projects, equipment financing, and long-term strategic planning.
Before banking, Renae spent 18 years as a business owner, giving her firsthand insight into cash flow, growth, staffing, and the realities entrepreneurs faceβexperience that informs her consultative, relationship-first approach as a trusted advisor.
Renae is actively involved with the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, local non-profits, and regional business initiatives, and is passionate about supporting local economic growth and long-term business success.

PW (Paul W.) Shaffer II is a Senior Business Banker with M&T Bank, serving the DMV region and supporting healthcare practices, especially dental practices, for over 15 years. The son of a dentist, he offers a personal understanding of the profession and is a trusted lending specialist for start-ups, acquisitions, expansions, and long-term financial planning.
With a 30-year career in financial services, PW believes trusted advisors are essential to both business and personal growth. His commitment to service extends beyond banking into long-standing community involvement.
A founding member of Key City Rotary, PW serves on the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Board and remains active in nonprofits across Frederick and Washington Counties.

Dr. Jay Siddiqui is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and practices in Chevy Chase, Maryland. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional care through advanced technology, with a strong emphasis on 3D digital printing.
He incorporates digital workflows across general, implant, and cosmetic dentistry, continually improving precision, efficiency, and patient results. At this symposium, he will discuss the evolving role of 3D printing and its impact on modern clinical practice.
Dr. Siddiqui is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implantology, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
